Geocell

 Geocells are 3-dimensional cellular confinement structures with open cells confined by polymer strips welded at regular intervals to define the sizes of the open cells.  When in use, the cells are opened and filled with sand, gravel or other aggregates and local fill materials, forming a stable layer or covering layer to protect a slope, improve its stability and provide a reinforced base for the establishment of vegetation.

  • Thus also enables the inserting of metal bars in order to create reinforced concrete slabs in under – water installation or combined shotcrete projects.
  •  Geocells units can be supplied in greater width and thereby saving installation time and reducing the number of connections between the neighboring units.
  •  Geocells units can be produced in different cell sizes, from very small to very large, and thus adjust the size of the cell to the structure of the site, in order to reduce project costs and obtaining optimal effect use of the product.
